Val -Your Southern Girlfriend

I’m Val from Atlanta (originally from Texas). I love being in the South. I love Southern hospitality. I love the way neighbors become friends, and then family. I love reading. I read mostly fiction, mysteries and thrillers, but I enjoy other genres as well. I love character driven books. I love emotional books. I love wine- specifically Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. And I love dogs. All dogs. But especially mutts. I wanted this blog to combine the things I’m passionate about- reading, wine and dogs. I hope you’ll indulge me.
